ReplyDeleteI renew my gratitude and admiration for you as my daughter-in-law at each Thanksgiving. To more than triple the population in your household for more than a week – and remain calm – is something only a very special person/couple can do. A few years ago, I asked why you do what you do every year – in spite of all that goes on during the entire event. Your answer moved me deeply, which I had to convey to your younger brother Dave that same year: “Because that’s the only way I get to see my brothers.” Jesse being so supportive of the whole event carries a big weight as well. He makes me so proud to be his Mom. I love you both so very much. Your MIL
